experiences with fruit trees over ten years

Great! It's still early as I planted it 2 years ago. It was the only one of two potted pears at the time so it wouldn't be fair to compare it to the others I planted that Spring.

Cool , I planted two DR Deer pears from Walmart in 2019 ....I just noticed a few blossoms this week, I'm hoping I get a few pears this year.

You might want to considering removing any pears you might have until the tree is bigger. Let it grow vegetatively when it's at a young age.
