Exodus Render

I have an exodus render that is having issues sending photos/status reports to my phone roughly 12 hours after setting the camera up... I bought a brand new SD card last week hoping that it would solve the issue, but I'm still having the same issue. Should I try a new SIM card? Each time I set up the camera, everything seems fine.
 
Seems to me my cellular stealth cams took a bit to settle in. I also had an issue of the verizon signal in my area being shutoff the same week I set the camera up last year. I had to change over to AT&T this year, which is proving to be a better signal in my area anyhow.
 
Exodus is pretty well known for their customer service, you may see what they have to say.
 
I'm going to reach back out to Exodus. I previously had to send in the camera because it wouldn't turn on, but they were able to get it running. The firmware is "2020711A" which I assume is the most up-to-date.
