This bush grows next to a ditch that always has water in it. Is this common yew?

Looks like yew. I can't believe it isn't browsed to death. Yew don't survive the deer around here unless they are protected.

Tap, that's what I thought, since it didn't get browsed, might be good for screening/directing.
