How late in the winter do those 1.5-2" crabs hang?

It seems like into January and maybe even Feb. in some years. If I check dates on my posts/pictures I could be more exact.

Back when I was a kid my folks had a home orchard, maybe 10 trees. Ma would make apple sauce, apple pies, apple tarts, apple juice (didn't get into cider), apple crisp, apple crumble...
