Deer from positive Cwd facility coming to northern waupaca county!

If you think baiting is the enemy, you don't have a clue! A positive Cwd deer farm just fenced off 400 acres near the northern waupaca county line for a hunting preserve. The land will be leased from tigerton lumber company, and not owned by the deer farm. There is only 1 fence separating the wild deer. This specific deer farm is under quarantine, and can no longer move "breeding" deer. This was a huge hit to the company, because that's where the real $ is. Demand to kill these huge nontypicial Bucks has decreased, as well. Clients increasingly want more typical looking, natural deer.
There is a massive loophole in Current government regulation, which makes quarantine a loose term! Deer from a positive Cwd facility under "quarantine" can be directly moved to a hunting preserve. In this case deer will be moved directly from the positive breeding facility to the new preserve to adjacent waupaca/ shawano.
Many of you know that every deer killed from an infected faculty needs to be tested for Cwd right? What people don't know is the fawn doesn't have to be "registered" until it is a year old. The government has no clue how many deer are being born, or not born until that deer is one year old! there is no way of tracking fawns under a year old. So the farm that recently had confirmed Cwd in eau Claire county, claimed he never brought deer into his pen. What he's really saying is he never imported a deer over a year old. Don't kid yourself the illegal movement of deer wasn't taking place. Lots of $ on the line, lots of greed!
Deer farmers are adapting to Cwd regulation, and they are overcoming "quarantine" with creativity. While the deer hunters bickerer over "baiting"! We need to stand against deer farms! They are rapidly spreading Cwd, and nothing is being done!

many major issues here:
It's impossible to kill every deer when they are immediately moved to the preserve in 400 heavily wooded acres!

There will be no way of tracking how deer are entering this pen. A Cwd doe could have a fawn in portage county, the fawn will be stuffed in a vehicle, and shipped to the "preserve" just before its first birthday, and no one will know it happened! The farmer does not have to report deer they aren't having. Wink wink

It's well document Cwd easily transfers from infected farms to the wild deer herd! Almond, wi is one example

It's all legal boys! Bicker over a gallon of corn hahaha

This farm and the farm in eau Claire county have no clue how Cwd got into their facility. If it isn't documented it didn't happen....right!

Well that does not sound like a very good loophole-

Dipper isn't this relation to you?

How does QDMA, NRA, USSA, NDA not address a loophole like this full bore?

Thats crap.

If this is true we all need to show up at the gate like the Frankenstein movie.

Burn the monster (s) :D
