The 3600 panels only come with one battery in them, but you can add a second.

For some reason, one or two of the panels I had stopped recharging the batteries. I pulled them from the field, and bought the wall plug charger for the batteries. I recharged them to full, and they've been fine since. It might be worth a try, before buying new batteries.

original 3600 were this way but going forward new 3600 wont have a spot for the 2nd battery, they contain the charging indicator like the larger panel so there isnt room.

@john volkman , where did they move the list of people who get picture emails? I can't find it in the app or Camp. I'm trying to add those folks as "guests" but I can't find who is on the email list. Thanks!

email entry is not an option in camp anymore , if you have emails entered to receive photos they will continue to have them sent as they are grandfathered in ,but all new users must use the app or camp goign forward. if you need to modify it somehow you will need to call CS. To many emails are being blocked by servers so Cuddeback is going to app and camp only as they have full control over those.

My 2 cents says they should have a page that shows who is getting the emails. (no editing) It's probably trivial to set up. A message about emails going away would help too. It could possibly cut down on phone calls. That page is just GONE, with no announcement that I've seen.

We have made some announcements, but i agree an email to all users is a good idea even though some will go to junk or get blocked. There is a ton of work being done on the app and camp right now that are priorities so i dont think they will add a page back in with email addresses, With it going away that will cause more confusion. I'm the only person on the To line for pics and reports emails. I bet they changed that a while ago due to spam detection mechanisms.

I should be able to go in to check them this weekend.

I only look at images every few days this time of year. But I had a nice surprise this morning looking on my iPad. It worked in landscape mode. A much appreciated edition!

sounds more like a settings issue unless you are way behind on firmware on the l series, as in 1.6 or earlier

Settings were fine. I did an update around November when my replaced camera came back from the service dept.

if it was a battery issue and they have been out since december the batteries could have never lasted this long, need to dig into this deeper if you are on current firmware

what are using for batteries ? type and brand? and are you using external power? im unable to find your account in camp to check it - PM me the email you are using in camp or your name, as im not able to find yoru camp account under what you sent me previously

Versions on all 4 cameras and 2 homes is 03-03-00. They were just bought and placed in November. I'd have to double check the battery brand. They came with the cameras when I bought them. The 2 homes are on panels. Battery levels on the cameras are good. Settings are for 1 night picture. Optimum flash. No laspe

Ok, its hard for me to help trouble shoot when i cant see the system, all i can tell you is to triple check your settings and try a walk test in the dark in a controlled evironment,as there is no reason for multiple cameras in a network to all have the same issue at once , especially that issue , if settings are all correct. Not many retailers include batteries, if they are low voltage heavy duty or rechargeable they may not have enough voltage to run the LEDs. and if they are, they woudl never last 4 months in any capacity.

Went back out and grabbed the closest camera. Now it days battery is "Low". That must be it.

yes they are , make sure your camera night delay is set to 5 seconds or longer , it would be very odd for a cudddelink camera to last 4 months thru the winter on 4 duracells without external power
