Just for some clarity ...............
The "government" wasn't the first entity to warn of the dangers of Covid-19. It was the medical community. When Covid-19 was PROVEN to not just be "one guy coming in from China" - and it was NOT "all under control" - in the interest of public health, governments at all levels, federal, state, and local began to push for masks and staying home - and later for tested vaccinations as the BEST way to diminish the spread and protect people's lives. It WAS NOT the government trying to "take over your lives" ..................... but rather protect them. If anyone chooses to NOT protect themselves, their kids & grandkids, co-workers, neighbors .............. that's on them. The BS tale that Covid didn't affect kids and young people has been proven WRONG also - as many kids, teens and people in their 20's, 30's, and 40's are now being hospitalized in numerous states. Doctors from numerous states are reporting that almost all of the people being hospitalized with serious cases, or have died - are UN-VACCINATED. Who is going to pay for all those hospitalizations??? (that could be avoided with vaccinations)
I find it amusing that numerous people around the U.S. were actually seeking vaccines against ZOMBIES just a few years ago, when all the zombie shows and movies were the rage. Some folks apparently BELIEVE in zombies .............. but not a global pandemic of REAL Covid-19 virus!!!!!!!!!!
A first-hand glimpse in my own life ............
I have 4 cousins who refused to get vaccinated. All got Covid-19 and were hospitalized with serious illness. They were put on ventilators and one was in a highly-pressurized, oxygen saturated room / capsule for weeks. 2 almost died, and have long-term breathing difficulty / lung damage, one needing to be on oxygen yet. 3 hunting camp members got Covid-19 while cooped up at hunting camp this past season. 2 of them have long-term breathing / lung damage problems now and 1 of them gasps when just walking in from his truck. He's currently on a number of expensive medications to treat his lung damage problems. Camp members admit they F***ed-up. ALL were skeptics / non-believers before they got hammered. NONE were vaccinated.
So for those who refuse to believe the MEDICAL EXPERTS in infectious diseases ........... and turn a BRAND NEW virus into a political argument instead of recognizing the global health crisis it really is ........... be ready for your world to possibly come crashing down with loss of life / life-long lung damage / vascular system damage. My own skeptical / doubting / politicizing relatives and friends learned THE HARD WAY. Maybe if anyone breaks out in a cold sweat, has chest pains / pain down their arm, etc. ................. you should stick it out - tough it out. Smoking or chewing tobacco isn't dangerous at all. Can't trust those doctors ( we know how political THEY ARE! ).
