Jack, I'd love to get an update as soon as you have one. I have all Dewalt cordless and want to order the 670.

Will do. I'm headed to the farm for several days. I'm sure I'll have a chance to use it a bit more.

Sorry, I've been balls to the wall trying to get in the fall plant before the hurricane rain hits here. I haven't had a chance to use it further.

I've used it a bit more now but not extensively. I'd say it does have slightly less power than the 40-volt model but not significantly. Everything else is pretty much the same. The chain oil container should be a bit larger. In general, I like it so far.
