I only have access to the assistant county attorney. Our County attorney is busy with our 5th case of a teacher doinking a student in recent years. You would think our school is run by them fricken Catholics, but these have all been girl students they have been praying on!

Also what he owes me right now is at $1,510 currently, not $1,295. I am charging mileage and $50/hr for my time in this matter. Just filled out my Affidavit For Restitution Form for what I am charging this duffas!

The only Jeff Shaefer in the MN system I come up with has a middle name of Allen and some charges in Ramsey county.

No Mistake, I just found out he nailed a friend of mine in the seed biz for $3,500 5 years ago. Another guy that is a burden on society it looks like.

I don't know him, but I'm betting someone I work with might. I have at least a half dozen or more guys that work here that live right in the Melrose area! I'll be walking around the shop a bit later this morning to inquire. I'll keep you posted.

You need to get high tech and use square or something similar for your smart phone and make them pay with debit or credit cards. If they dont have one they can take their check to walmart to get a prepaid debit card...but then again that probably just opens the door to a different kind of fraud.
