Their are some municipalities that pay desent but nothing close to that. I would say low to mid 50's is best I have heard from cops around here. Most are in the 30's though. Tough to raise a family on that...
I thought about being a cop too for about a min but then came to the relization that I could not give someone a ticket for somthing that I do on a regular basis, like speeding!!! Just doesn't set right with me
 
Filled out a victims impact statement for my case hearing coming up with this crook. I put in writing that this crook needs to be put in Prison for 2 years min. He wrote me a fake check! Not a check that came from an account with no money in it, it was fake! If this guy were to rob a bank for $1,300, he would get at least 3 years min. I see no difference in this crime, so he needs to go to prison. I also said if they slap him on the wrist, I will forever be known as a easy target, so that needs to end now! Also said someone needs to get a backbone and put this guy in Prison. That should let them know I mean business.

Getting tired of this crap wasting my time!

If you need help rigging the drone, I have some fire extinguisher bodies and can probably scare up some 12v valves. ;)
 
I don't see Mo as being the "indirect" type. If Mo goes to the trouble to physically go to deal with this guy - Mo isn't spraying a field he is going to turn this guy into a human pinata.

If it goes to court and they can't go after the guy because he is in a different state I see this turning into "Mo - the bounty hunter"!!!

I have to add that Mo has an excellent reputation with people who actually pay him!

I doubt it will be a felony. I think it's $5000 to be a felony in wi. If $1300 is a misdemeanor in mn, I'll guarantee right now he's untouchable if he stays out of mn. Hate to say it.
Make sure u ask if they have the ability to suspend his drivers license in wi. That might be possible.
It costs more than $25k a year to house one inmate in a prison. That's why the whole get tough on crime politicians spew is a punch of hog wash. Getting tough on criminals is an expensive ordeal, very expensive.

This is how it will go down. Our hearing with this guy is the 20th of aug. If he does not show, an arrest warrant will be signed right then and I win. Our hearing is 2 weeks before 2 hearings he has on 2 other checks in polk county wisc. That way if he does not show up here, and he shows up at the court house in wisc for those hearings. He will be arrested after those hearings, then he gets to be transported here to visit our jail!:D

And that was from our assistant county attorney. If that means anything.

Its funny you say that. About 5 years ago, I chicken farmer from stearns county bounced a $8,500 check on me. I got the usual, oh the bank made a mistake, deposit went in the wrong account, that type of crap from the guy. After a month I went to our sheriffs dept. In Kanabec County we and 5 other county's in the state have what is called "The Worthless Check Program". What it boils down too is this, you don't pay you go to jail.....period! And you have to pay a min $160 fine, also 2 sat mornings in check book balancing school, if you don't complete all of the above...back to jail! So since most farmers have a tough time doing there chores from the gray bar hotel, they pay up!:D.....And he did, in a hurry!

Since this is a fake check, it falls under a felony category! Up to 2 years in jail.:D.....and he will pay up! And maybe go to jail!
 
Also what he owes me right now is at $1,510 currently, not $1,295. I am charging mileage and $50/hr for my time in this matter. Just filled out my Affidavit For Restitution Form for what I am charging this duffas!

Hahahahahahahahaha!:D

Good for you for keeping the pressure on the prosecuting attorney. I think they will take a much more thorough look after reading that!!! Lol

I only have access to the assistant county attorney. Our County attorney is busy with our 5th case of a teacher doinking a student in recent years. You would think our school is run by them fricken Catholics, but these have all been girl students they have been praying on!
