Bulk Native Seed Dealers?

I was watching a Youtube video and the guy mentioned he bought enough Red Osier Dogwood seeds to spread on 15 acres for about $800. His goal was seedling ROD as part of a timber cut. That works out to a bit more than $50/per. Does anyone know of any companies that sell bulk native seeds like ROD? We're doing some timber work on 100 acres, and it would be good to try to seed in some ROD. I don't need $800 worth, but I might want to try enough for 5 acres. I don't know where you can buy this type of seed in bulk.

Sheffield's sells ROD seed. They list a 1 oz. amount for $20 = 1400 seeds, and a 1 lb. amount for $200 = 22,000+ seeds.

Ernst Seed Co. in Meadville, Pa. sells all kinds of native seeds for just about any location or situation. I don't see ROD seed listed at Ernst though.

Don’t know about their prices. I did a native grass planting years ago that was very good but not cheap.
