Bench Grafting question

Hey gents. Since I'm brand spanking new to grafting. I had a quick question. I just grafted around 40 trees. All are sitting in my basement (sandstone) at around 50-60 degrees. How long do you guys wait until you plant them into their beds/ pots/ field etc...? I heard a week or two to let the graft heal. Just want to get a general consensus here. Thanks fellas!

Last year I benched grafted 100 trees just before I had knee replacement. They sat in the dark basement for a month until I was able to transplant them into pots. They did fine.
