Bees in my pool

Hoping some of you beekeepers can help me. I've got a 4' x 15' intex pool, with a pump that turns salt water into chlorine. The water is clear blue with the right amount of chlorine.

Suddenly this past week the bees have invaded. 20170710_144306.jpg

There's also about 100 of them floating, dead in the water. What can I do to get rid of them and keep them away?

Offer a bird bath with rocks in it, they're thirsty. When my brother had bees at his house the bees would be in the bird bath 5 to 10 at a time and they would chase the birds out of it.

Cant help you with keeping them away, but if you want to try an save a few.

Float a 2x4 in the pool. the bees tend to gravitate to it, plus it rides lower in the water. Thus making it easier for them to get a drink an take back off again without getting stuck in the water. Guessing the slick pool sides are making their trek dangerous.

I agree with Honker give them there own drinking spot. Bees need water, so they are naturally attracted to your pool if there is no other nearby source.
