Apple Tree Attributes for Zone 4b - Wisconsin

I put together a spreadsheet of apple trees options for my hunting property. I've highlighted in Green the varieties that I want to plant in Spring 2018 and Spring 2019. I plan to do all B118 rootstock the next two years since we don't have a lot of B118 rootstock right now on our land.

Anyone have any feed back on the list and attributes? I've compiled the information from online sites and forums. I get conflicting information on some trees so I filled out the spreadsheet the best that I could.

I ranked each tree based on season (early/mid/late) so that I can select the top varieties for each season.

Please let me know if any of the information looks wrong from your experiences or if I'm missing any other attributes that I should add to the spreadsheet. Some trees on the list may not work for my area, but I left them on the list in case people thought they'd be okay in our area on B118. Thanks!

I would look at Pristine for an early apple.

I considered Prestine, but saw it as a Zone 5 apple in most places. One nursery had it listed as Zone 3 on M111, but that doesn't seem right to me. I'm not sure if it would be Zone 4a hardy in B118 or not.

It is listed as Immune to scab, slightly resistant to rust, resistant to mildew, and moderately resistant to Fireblight. I see it listed as ripening in late July to Early August and the apples last longer and are considered better than Yellow Transparent and Lodi. This would be the perfect early season apple for us if the it works in our Zone. It also blooms mid-late season which is great too.
