Anyone use a Stihl backpack fogger?

BC Buck

5 year old buck +
Need to kill prickly ash and way to high stems count for basal application. Stem 1/4 to 1/2" dia every 18"= 1 million per acre. Going to buy new Birchmeier backpack sprayer after returning my Stihl last fall. Dealer could not keep it from leaking when full. Kicking around idea of also buying the gas powered fogger. Looks like could cover more ground but weight might wear me out faster. Have any of you ever used one for herbicide?

An acquaintance has one and he brought it to my place to do buckthorn with. It covers ground fairly quickly but the kill success was not high. Assuming it was misting more leafs than coating them? I think the battery powered backpack sprayers are a better option, IMO

I have some italian brand; gas- best they make- its pretty awesome.

Decent success on invasives and grasses. Its easy to adjust but knowing your concentration is not as simples as one would like

Interesting, never seen this before. Will investigate.
