The 450 is a good tractor. My grandpa had one, not running when he died, Dad and I tuned it up and rebuilt the carb and got 2500 out of it. It had no loader, no rebuilt engine, it didn't even run real smooth (they found an air leak in the manifold and just welded it up I heard). Be aware that it probably came with IH's old 2-point hitch. I'd guess most got the 3-pt conversion over the years, grandpa's did. Even if it doesn't have the conversion, they aren't too hard to find if you look.
