i'm determined to get my first shed this year. it's not that easy when the only bucks around are 2 small spikes. those suckers are going to be hard to find :)

never heard of it. but, how would you cut it? I've thought about cutting mine but it's so think i'm not even sure how i'd cut it. best thing i have is a stihl bicycle handle brush cutter. that would take forever.

I think i am going to take up coyote hunting this year. been talking about it for years but after getting hundreds of pics this fall i think it's time. I also think i'm going to actually do some habitat work over the winter. i found out this past spring/summer/fall that there's too much stuff...

i actually prefer treadmills. it's really weird. i run at least 6 days a week and never get a hint or boredom...ever. i've done 22 miles on the treadmill twice and never felt bored. tired - yes!

i run on the treadmill 50-60 miles a week during the winter :) there really isn't anything else to do. i'll make one ice fishing trip (probably red again).

i got the mission mxb400. I think $300 is going to be tough. Amazon has a few. shot a decent 8 w/ mine this year. blew through both shoulders and the bolt was stuck in a tree behind the deer. deer only went about 15 yards. barnett sure puts up some good specs for the money.

by the way, that's an incredible picture. keep them coming, you get some amazing pictures.

i hit one with my car once. got out and all the white feathers made it look like it was snowing. i called the dnr because a friend wanted to keep it and mount it. dnr said he could throw me in jail for touching it. lol.

if 36 is cold you may want the big buddy instead of the little buddy ;)

i'm looking to put a shed in wisconsin. called sherman because they built one for me about 5 years ago. the price has almost doubled. they now want 17k for a 30x40x11 (wanted it taller to put a camper in it). might have to give this guy a call. seems reasonable considering how much prices...

there are the little hand warmers that are shaped like a foot and stick to the bottom of your sock. those work great last year. i bought a case on amazon. my buddy had the battery powered foot warmers with the wire (thermacells are wireless). don't get the wired one! it lasted one day of...

that's a nice buck. i'd have guessed over 140. slow for us too. we saw one deer, a 2.5 year old 9 point my buddy shot. nicest deer of my land in wisconsin so far so it was fun.

Normally i would and wouldn't think twice about it. however, i have a difficult situation. the poacher is my neighbor and a friend. he is an older guy that will shoot pretty much any deer if he needs meat. He says he doesn't buy tags either. He hunts any season too. i don't know how many...
