As long as the hustle and bustle of life is silenced and as long as the weather cooperates and I'm outside.......I can find a happy place. Sometimes you have to go looking for it......sometimes if you give it a chance.....it will find you. I can be taking the dogs to the creek I can be sitting...

I can't speak for my entire state.....but I know on my place turkey numbers have increased over the past few years. It used to be fairly rare to see a turkey and now we see them fairly often. I don't hunt them....but my boy does. He has taken a bird the past few years off the place...

My boy was able to get one over the weekend. I am not a turkey hunter....I have enough bad habits as it is. First turkey off of our place. We have been seeing more and more of them but after chasing for a few years...he finally tracked one down.
