    Cuddeback's Cuddelink

What's the difference between the new L series and let's say a J series? You say a year out? I already see them on presale at some sites.

    Cuddelink 2020 GEN 2 version

What are the chances they can move the "timelapse" settings to a different sub menu on the online portal/app. Going through multiple cameras at once, I have now bumped the timelapse to 10 seconds during daylight hours. This caused a huge issue across our system. Photo plan is about shot for the...

    Cuddelink 2020 GEN 2 version

This turkey is standing next to the dust bowl. Birds pass through this field daily, yet this is the only photo we've received of a bird. At the same time, we capture deer out to the very edge of the field every day/night. Seen in the photo below. Any additional thoughts before sending it in...

    Cuddelink 2020 GEN 2 version

I see there are 3 threads for these camera's, so I apologize if this is posted in the wrong thread. I have a camera on Gen2 that is not getting any photos of the turkeys who are essentially dancing in front of it. The camera is anywhere from knee to waist high. There is a dust bowl directly in...

    Cuddelink 2020 GEN 2 version

Ran all 4 cameras on 7.9 this season. Tried re-flashing one camera, no change.

    Cuddelink 2020 GEN 2 version

It'll happen again. I just sent in 3 cameras. That all had the same error. We got them at the beginning of October, and reset them multiple times. Kept happening. I just got them out of the woods this last weekend, and sent them in yesterday. Support never had an answer for me, I asked to get a...

    Yes, exactly this.

    Cuddelink 2020 GEN 2 version

For my needs, I could tolerate this. Having the option would be great! If the point of cuddelink is to prevent you from going into the woods, then this would only improved said system. Although at the same time I could see how this would cause more problems. I'd say just included a disclaimer...

    Cuddeback's Cuddelink

Crazy distances! Got my father a link micro and I swear it picks up deer at 50 yards! Bought in on 4 cuddes with intention to buy more as well, but have 3 with problems. Planned to get him on the cuddeback system but sort of used him as a guinea pig for spypoint. Will be sending in the 3 and...

    Cuddeback's Cuddelink

Unfortunately I've mentioned error04 on here a couple times and no one seems to know. 3 of our 4 have had this issue multiple times. Batteries (Duracell and Energizer), weather conditions, time until the error shows itself again, all inconsistent. I have called support on the issue as well and...

    Cuddeback's Cuddelink

Thank you for clearing that up. Seems like an odd way to structure it. Im not complaining either, just looking for the clarification. I knew what I was getting when I purchased the $200 K, I just never knew I could unlock it.

    Cuddeback's Cuddelink

Why do I need an annual plan to unlock the camera? Am I not paying my dues the same as the guy who buys an annual? It actually would cost me more... So if I buy a $120 plan just once, my camera is unlocked. But if I pay $15 X 4 months, for 5 years = $300, my camera never unlocks?

    Cuddeback's Cuddelink

This needs some major clarification! To further understand this, if I buy a plan at $120 a year for 750 photos a month, the camera is then unlocked to be "used in any fashion"? As in I can use it as a repeater or remote and not use it as a cellular home?? Does the cell plan have to stay active...

    Cuddeback's Cuddelink

There are two cameras roughly the same distance between the home camera and the furthest remote that read 36%. Both those two cameras read around 30-40%. How would I know which of those two cameras it's daisy chained to?

    Cuddeback's Cuddelink

This is interesting. As a mesh network, I understand cameras will migrate to their best path to get back to the home camera. Now, it is recommended that a camera have a signal of 20 or better. I have a report showing a link of 2 with 36% signal (originally 40+ % when setup), and the very next...
