Sunflower variety???

These are a couple wild, annual sunflowers that came up in my yard. Is this just genetic variance/different stages of pollination in the wild sunflower or are they different varieties?

Do you have any pictures further out of the plant with the leaves showing?

FYI - Most native sunflowers are perennials actually, in the aster family, and will have multiple flowers per stem. Annual sunflowers will only have a single flower.

Almost looks like a woodland sunflower, we have quite a few on our place as well..

Prolly just one further along that the other with pedals starting to wilt would be my guess.
