New water hole must be working

I made a water hole back in may and haven't really paid much attention to it. Today while scouting I noticed that the hole was still full of water and all the grass in a 10 yard radius was matted down. Tracks everywhere around it. I have a camera on it now so we'll see if I need to hunt the stand that is 15 yards away.

I don't think the camera was necessary, that picture is evidence enough for a sit. These bigger waterholes are such an attraction to deer its almost a sure thing. Looks like an elk wallow.

Checked the camera over the weekend. A couple small bucks decided they wanted to spar in front of the camera. Also had 1 picture with 7 does and fawns in it.

Cool pics! I used to run straight photos on my waterhole but switched to video. I like the video for social interacting and many times there are deer on the outskirts that move in. It doesn't seem to spook the deer once the camera has been there for awhile. Here's some video I just got from my waterhole.
