Cuddeback cell plan

I got a G series cell camera and got the $15 cell plan last saturday, been playing/learning how to adjust settings. Today I had no online controls so I went to the website I noticed I had the cuddelink plan not the solo plan .I cancelled the cuddelink plan, it also say it's not activated, but the website won't let me pick a solo plan. I thought I lost online control because of the wrong plan! Now what do I do? It says I can get the $15 plan but I don't want to lose another $15. If it's not the cell plan then what could it be? Can't get ahold of support. Thanks

I talk to Cuddeback I had a couple adjustments I had to make customer service was really good and I’ll be testing the camera for the next couple of days before I leave for camp
