Best outdoors (and not necessarily habitat management related) book recommendations

I recently started reading Aldo Leopold's A Sand County Almanac and I can't believe I am just now getting around to it. I can't recommend it enough to anyone with any interest in the outdoors. This has got me thinking that there are probably several other books out there I am missing out on.

Any recommendations? Could be fiction or non-fiction.

Not a book, but I highly recommend the following podcast. The whole thing is great, but if you must skip any, don't miss the part near 29 minutes where he talks about managing forests with a chainsaw. He is describing what I spent the whole spring doing.
