When to TNM 5b

I’m in 5b and we have been getting hit with 90+ temps and no rain for weeks. When will the ideal time to plant brassicas TNM style? Thanks

I'm north of you and I usually plant my brassicas around July 4th and we are super dry here, today we are getting some rain so things will be a little damp so I'm thinking this weekend I'll get mine done, I usually try for bulb production for the winter.
