The double crop beans here are grass green. Those guys better hope for no frost for 2 months yet. That would be a winning combination for a deer hunting farm - winter wheat followed by late maturing beans could spell some good targeted hunts in 2 consecutive seasons.

Saw a video earlier today where a combine was pulling grain heads off the top 12"+ of wheat stalks and exposing green soybeans underneath that were like 12"+ in their own right, pretty cool.
