Thin the tops of your young trees, at least.

Here are some pics from yesterday I used the tractor to hand pick/prune some apple from the top of the central leader. As you will see, I was a little too late on one, but got the apples off of it and will tie it up if it does not straighten by next week.

Good point. I need to get down this weekend to check on my orchard. Lots of young trees flowered and no idea if i got any disease or pest problems either.
