Have you planted either of these clovers? What did you think?

Surely I don't have to be the test dummy for everyone.

Never heard of them.

Me either? WTNUT - you must be a highly advanced clover planter.

Hard to answer when there is no context ... from what you say, your place is somewhere between the southern great lakes and where you never have a frost before mid December ... maybe you should try pinneables, sugar beets, potatos, tabacco, or cassava ... that should cover the possibilities ... keep us posted ... :emoji_slight_smile:

Both are relatively new. Welter just started carrying them this year.

Was at the property this past week. Renovation white clover planted in a mix with Jumbo Ladino II and Chickory looked very thick and healthy. Plot was planted August of last year with a rye nurse crop. When I was there in June I mowed the rye and saw almost no clover and little chickory. I was ready to call the plot a total failure and spray with roundup to prep it for next season so I was shocked to see how well this clover was doing. At the one year mark I give Renovation the thumbs up.
