QDMA Deer Steward Course

Anyone do this recently? Looks like prices are discounted right now. My intent would be to take it to just increase my general knowledge... Just curious on the quality of the content and if the depth is enough to warrant paying vs just consuming free information via forums like this and videos on youtube etc..

While I don't speak from experience about that class, if you're curious and have the time right now and roughly $200...sure, why not. On the other hand, that same money would buy a TON of high quality reference material, some by those same Deer Steward instructors, with enough left over for a fifth of Crown Royal. Make a few high-balls every night and devour everything here on Habitat-Talk and on Dr. Woods' Growing Deer TV and I think you'd come out about the same.
