Click to expand... Not that I know of. The bees are probably appreciating the pollen source. Prune when it looks like dry weather for a couple of days at least.

Click to expand... TC knows a lot more than I do, but at this point, after bloom, I would only trim dead branches, or damaged branches. Let the tree ride out this summer, and just plan on getting after it after leafs drop.
