October Cold Front

letemgrow

5 year old buck +
Flipped the switch on buck movement.

This first pic is a gem IMO. Two double split 2 bucks facing each other. The two pics following that are of each buck separate. I believe one to be 3 and the other is 4.

The cold weather has had the opposite effect for me, at least I assume it is the cold. I have not had a buck or an elk for over a week now.
I have elk consuming about $5000 worth of forage all summer long, then when hunting season starts.....

I just love a drop tine!

Nice bucks. I have a drop tine similar to that one, though slightly smaller on my place right now. Fairly tall, but no inside spread. I have never killed a drop tine, but he wont be the 1st. Maybe he will make it another year.

I agree. I love looking at a drop tine. I’ve never seen one while on stand. They are certainly beautiful to look at.

There’s 3 10’s around this size also. A neighbor saw them hunting last night. The pic is from that same immediate area later last night. I have to assume this was one of them.

I like the last pic with the buck working a scrape. Dirt's flying off his right front foot. You've got some dandy bucks walking around!!
