I just drove through northern Mo a couple of weeks ago on my way to Kansas. I hope my wife lets me buy some land down there in the future cause I could get used to that weather. It was 70+ degrees.

Yeah hopefully it won't last. I was fishing out of a boat in my buddy's pond drinking beer and catching catfish in Feb. Doesn't get much better than that!
