I try to kill at least 1 autumn olive on every non hunting trip. The 550xp is more like a scalpel than a chainsaw. Way more saw than my old one, I opened up the muffler and with the autotune this saw runs!

I have had a small issue as of late with the neighbors "not thinking it is a huge issue to cut through my property to access theirs" something I should have done a long time ago. IL is a state where everything must be posted to prosecute. All have notified no more friendly reminders or casual conversations and my expectations and consequences are clear. Posting all sides of my 60 took about 2.5 hours with 2 people and was long overdue.

Thanks it is only 58 acres but I am trying to use every inch. I had several posts on the qdma forum that I saved to bring G over. First time using Tapatalk and man is it the bomb

Spent a little time at the farm putting the finishing touches for the year
Clover rye and chicory micro plot. Sprayed and spread now let's do a rain dance.

I put in a couple linking ropes and a scrape tree, I added some smokeys preorbital scent to the ropes. First time using it we shall see how it works.

Cut in trail with the fs110 and brush blade. I sprayed this 2 weeks ago but the easiest point of access was through a nice patch of multi-flora rose and blackberry.
(I know the qdma is a dirty four letter word )
You can see clear access trail leading to the food plot and box blind.

It will tear through up to 1 inch saplings with ease.

The LC brassica mix is coming up nicely planted 10 days ago. Bean plant in the front taking a heavy browsing and not keeping up.

Are you dry there? I had some apple trees start dropping a couple weeks ago but it was really dry here.
