Mow-Spray-Plant....timeframe?

I have a couple new plots that I mowed down on Wednesday. It's raining today (2 days after). I want to spray ASAP to get it killed off.

How long should I wait for some green to come on before spraying the fields? Is a 1-3 days after rain enough?

Also.....is a week too short of a time to wait for the kill.....should I wait 2 weeks?
