Whats wrong with my pear trees?

I took a few pics of my pear trees. These have been in the ground for 4 years. They were originally purchased at a box store. In in zone 4. They have put on alot of growth in that time but only saw one or two pears so far and those got about the size of golf ball then shriveled up and turned black. These are Kieffer pear, and I have one Ayers pear. The Ayers being in the worst shape.

Any suggestions and can this be remedied?

Winter damage. I have a bunch that look just like yours. The blackened fruit sounds like fire blight or too much fertilizer. Either way if you are zone 4 cut your losses now and replace them.

Have the same issue but the trees keep growing and giving fruit
