Tough one. Catalpa speciosa?

I'm in Pennsylvania. Does it resemble an American elm?

Not like any elm I've seen. Does it get blossoms ?? If it has dried, brown, long seed pods that look like giant string beans, it's a catalpa. Very MESSY tree - we had one in my childhood home yard.
