What is wrong with this baby?

This is a red delicious my wife and daughter got for me as a birthday present. It is not my favorite variety. It was a birthday present earlier this year. They wanted it and the other one (pink lady) planted close to the house at the farm. The soil is not great there. I did add some peat mulch. The leaves are turning yellow. It has had plenty of water. So what do you think it is? I think it is starving for nutrients and could use just a touch of fertilizer.

I would say your baby has a touch of Scab, and that was brought on by a little shock from being transplanted this year. I predict it will recover well next year if all else is okay. RD can get a little Scab at times but is quite resistant to FB and CAR.
