Tip of the day

Have you ever had the laces in your boots get uneven (real long on one side and short on the other). Here's a tip that cost nothing and will take about a minute. Remove the lace's from your boots. Find the center of it and tie a knot in it. Relace and you'll never have uneven laces again.

I tie yarn to one of my mittens.....and then run it thru the sleeves of my coat.....and tie the other mitten on. That way my mom won't kick my butt for losing my mittens. ;)

Maybe dance in the streets a bit with a snow shovel, sorel boots, and a fur cap.. Your wife will have lots of peace and quiet until they finally let you out.

We covered all the banana trees and pineapples and grape vines.....and lit a few smudge pots last nite (OK.....we covered our flowers with a sheet. ;) ). It's been dipping down near freezing at nite here....but days are pleasant. :D
