Either of you do more for outdoors men?

Interesting statement. You could look at the philanthropy of gates and musk (picking one from each side) and argue they've done so much for people. Yet I think most would agree that they're not anywhere near sainthood and some would argue not even decent people.

When someone has the means ted does, they have quite the ability to influence change and good on him, but I know I'm not alone when I say that he isn't my cup of tea. I'm just a lonely ole citizen, but I hunt ethically, I talk to people about hunting and its benefits whenever I can and I'm raising 3 boys to do the same.

Lots of great people out there mentoring new hunters, teaching safety courses, lending their land and time to programs without any fame. No reason to judge others because we didn't make a couple hit records.

Exactly my point, and yet each has donated billions. So that's why I use them as a counter to "Ted is the man for conservation". Just because he's done some good with his wealth, doesn't mean he does all good. I don't dislike the guy or believe he has hurt hunting. But he's not the poster child either. I'd put Randy and Steve who are much less famous much higher up on the list of those that have done good for our cause. Keeping in mind that nobody is perfect.
