Public. Buddy and I drove up yesterday, got there at 1, scouted till dark, both shot by 11 and now on the road to Kentucky!

First one I’ve ever found! I was literally moving to set up on my bird and saw it.
I will say i was really shocked at how thick yalls woods are. The buck brush, multiflora, buckthorn(?) really dominate the understory.

Home farm produced as well but I’m done now. The amount of birds is so sad. Can’t bring myself to hunt another.

Nice! What do those bad boys tape out at? 1.5" or more?

They looked huge to me but actually just a bit longer than 1.25. Granted I was using a tape measure which doesn’t exactly conform to the spur!

Yeah right or wrong I just measure along the top curve, like a G2! They're still really nice. Anything 1.25+ is noteworthy where I come from.
