Stock Market is the bottom in?

Commercial development. It is the farthest section away that is closest to the growing/expanding city.

The old dairy farm that most in the community got their milk from sold to Amazon for a data center years ago. Thinking it went for something like $150K an acre.
A friend of my parents is a commercial real estate agent and said he's been buying farms along I83 south of Harrisburg, PA for upwards $10 mil for 100 acres. Guessing data centers in preparation for three mile island coming back to life.

That's very very interesting

I'm having a real hard time investing money right now. Almost everything is at an all time high. I am trying to find some areas of opportunity, but not finding a whole lot.

Opportunities in power grid type companies? That seems like a solid investment. Higher dividend stocks that are low would be a good buy as well.

agree, hard to find those higher dividend stocks that are low. I have found a couple of mutual funds that carry some of those stocks and put some money in them. Kind of waiting for the next dip as well.

There’s always CVX and EPD. I like STZ under $140. PRU under $110 seems like a good deal too. PRU is a dividend aristocrat, so not only is it high yielding, they raise their payout each year.

Winnebago is way down . I guess the consumer is not buying a lot of new campers . They do however, also sell pontoons (Barletta) & pleasure boats (Chris Craft).

I think they’ll come back ! 4.5% Dividend
