My hunch is you're right. This is the mini-April 2. Interest rate/tariff fears spiking.Buying opportunity. Never let a good crisis go to waste.

IT IS ALWAYS A BUYING OPPORTUNITY.....IF YOU WAIT LONG ENOUGH. Do not try to outsmart the markets (IMO) just buy and hold at reasonable times to do so. In time....even poor timing on GOOD COMPANIES will win $$$ money for you (unless you are a turn-around artist looking to make a fast buck - which does not always work for many of us). Timing is hard.....buy good companies ,with good prospects, when you can...especially if you have a long time horizon. Good stocks (companies) are not always cheap...buy them anyway. My 2 cents. Sure their are exceptions....good luck with that plan. Use your time on this earth in other ways.......I got seed to plant....grin.

Didn't stay in that one more than a couple of days. After that split/ass raping the share price is sitting at around $5 now.

Palantir just spiked to $170 in the after market on a VERY STRONG earnings report. They are crushing it. Pretty much raised guidance across the board. The stock is still extremely expensive.
I don’t think DOW is a slam dunk. Chemicals business is getting hammered and that’s about all they got… and I haven’t seen a prediction of when the end of the pain will be.

I bought 25 shares of UNH at $300 in my SEP. I still have a lot of available cash in the SEP. If it gets to $200 I might buy an additional 50 shares. Pretty sure insiders and politicians have been buying on the way down.
I will be watching AMD tomorrow. I bought 50 shares at $124 in January and rode them down to $76 and now back up to $175+. I wouldn't mind seeing a pullback towards $150 cause I would be adding.

I bought some first thing yesterday morning, after I read they landed a massive government contract, before the nice spike. Hope it continues to go up

UAN has been kind to me . Up in the mid $90 now. Pays a variable dividend every quarter based on profits . This one coming up is $3.89 per share . Total dividend return should be 14-15% this year as fertilizer prices are up !
You can get the $3.89 if you buy before August 11.
*In April UAN was $65 a share and I bought more, but should have backed up the truck !!

VSAT has been going great for me. Up over 100% since I bought and just had great earnings and new government contracts. I backed the truck up for TEM since it was a Palosi special. I can't complain since it's up 20% but nowhere near if I'd have put it in Palentir or Nvidia.
