Stock Market is the bottom in?

IDK, not sure about that, unless it is in the slums or someplace like that. Land and homes are still moving in western pa and ohio. I am not seeing many for sale signs that stay up for a long time. I am hearing that houses and land typically aren't on the market very long, especially desirable pieces.

So is PA. I was trying to buy my neighbors house which has been a rental property and not updated since it was constructed in the 60's. I told him I'd offer 250K which I thought was extremely reasonable if not on the high side. He ended up getting it appraised and said well we're starting at $295K and seeing where it goes from there. I said welp I'm out. Good luck to you I hope you get that.

I think there will be some areas of real estate declines, some could get ugly ? There’s a lot of money out there. I think any significant drop will attract buyers & investors.

Quote my own post & add… it would have to be areas with lots if inventory. Right now, not much for sale in my area, so its getting bought up !

I will say the dreamers “I want $500k for my 350k home” are seeing their homes sit on the market !

RKLB was up over 10% again today. I've owned half my shares for several years. The other half I bought right after the 2024 election. I saw CNBC had an article pumping it today. Almost makes me think its time to head for the exit with 250% gains. I sold 200 of my 400 shares of Palantir at $82 and that was a mistake as Palantir almost hit $150 today. Almost at 600% gain on those shares.


I must be the only holder of Rocket Lab on here. Nobody else to celebrate with.....


Also Sofi has FINALLY moved into the win category for me. About damn time.

Rocket Lab is still very angry. Up about 6% so far today. Its up about 80% in the past month. I've owned at least 200 shares for several years. It likes to get hot and go up quickly, and then cools down, pulls back and trades sideways before it takes another run. It has easily exceed my expectations, but I would not be a buyer at these levels.

Average target price on stock analysis is about $15 lower than the current price. That's the average of 13 "pro's" on that site. For whatever that's worth anyway.
