That would only be the start of it. Listened to a deal about alternate currencies and China wants to do their own. Not only to help keep money within its borders but the currency itself would be controlled in how you spend it. It would be coded so you can spend it on this but not that. They could track all purchases everywhere to see how money flows through their lousy assed country.
