My fruit tree graft garden has a large flush of young ragweed growing up in it. I have some Stinger Herbicide I intended to use for Sugar Beets, but noticed it is labeled for Apple trees. However, it states "only use on well established trees 1 year or older". Is this safe to use on my grafts done this spring? I also have persimmons and pears, not just apples. If no one has experience, I plan to test on a small section of failed grafts first before applying to everything.
