Sons first bow kill

My bride calls me at work and says our boys are giving her the cold shoulder because she won't let them hunt. She doesn't want to have to deal with a dead deer while I'm at the fire house for 2 days. I assure her our boys can handle it if all the stars happen aline and they kill something. She lets them go reluctantly... 25 min later I get this picture ;) These rascals had her skinned out and in a yeti cooler in no time flat. My wife was impressed at how they didn't skip a beat without me being there.

I am not sure if I am more impressed by shooting and recovering the deer or the brothers getting together and butchering it by themselves. Both feats should make you feel good.

They did a great job too!. Only a few hairs on the meat when I vacuum sealed it!
I have come to the conclusion that sometimes it's good for dad to not be there. That's when they level up!
