Rural king has F rating with BBB

Has anyone seen this? I haven't had any problems with them until my last order on June 12th, but other than that they have been great.

They probably didn't pay their annual stipend to the BBB. Other companies around the country have had bad ratings upgraded to "best" immediately after paying their membership "dues". I saw a documentary on, I believe, 60 minutes or 20 / 20 a few years ago on that very fact. The documentary had dates, ratings, results, witnesses, etc.

I have access to 2 different stores so I don't mail order anything.....but I have never had an issue with either store. I tried looking up both stores on the BBB website and it didn't find either one.
