Seen severla anty roots like that.  Think you'll be ok.   Don't look like a ton of roots for a bareroot tree.  I'd plant that probably even a touch deeper to get those top roots in some soil.  I'd probably prune the tree a bit too based on the rootball size.
Breakup the soil well you plan on putting back in the hole.  PRess it down good with your fingers.  I try to fan out the roots best you can too.   My tree spots are about 4ft wide and 6ft long.  ammend, rototill tin, then dig out loose soil and ammend n orotiller down deeper.  Sometime do 2 deep sometimes 3.   Done like that the roots would be freee to move out some.
I'd easily have 6-8 trees in my backyard that are doing good and looked like yours.   I usually ask for smaller trees because the root to wood ratio is better.
