Right mix for small plots?

Any chance you'd be willing to share the dimensions? Looks great! What is the material on the sides? It almost looks the the sides of an old carport.

The box is 7' X 7' to the outer edges of the 2X2 framing with two 30" 45 degree walls to add to the shot angle. Inside height is 6' and the roof has a 2" slope from front to back. The siding is old metal roofing that came off a family members house. It's free and lasts forever, so why not haha. We put it together modularly and it never goes together until it is on site, on the platform. There are 2 unused windows on the side walls that we figured would be prudent to include now, in case they were needed if we ever moved the stand.

The interior will be primed and painted black to darken the interior, and we will wear black instead of camo when hunting out of it.

Over the years, we have done several stands this way. 4 elevated (10') 6X6 stands and two 6X4 archery ground blinds, and this 7X7 archery ground blind. The two 6X4 stands are on feeders in west Texas, so wide shot angles weren't a problem. Since the family farm is in an area with sufficient rain for a plot, feeders won't be relied upon for season attraction. So, we went big on the blind to get good shooting coverage of the plot.

Well if it works as well as it looks it should be a huge success. Great looking design. Thanks for sharing! Guys like you sharing their stuff is the best thing about this site.
