Do you plan on building a cabin? looks like a lot of wetland. Do you only want it for deer hunting? Does the property provide any additional revenue source to help pay for the property?

Can you find out who every adjoining neighbor is? IMO that's one of the most important steps. One bad apple could ruin what otherwise looks like a property with nice potential.

Looks like it has some decent points on it where we know bucks will bed but with the amount of wetland as mentioned I’m not sure how much of it would be “huntable” or “manageable”. Any knowledge on how much of it if any will or is flooded?
