Pear tree rust

I have a kieffer pear that has yellow red spots on a lot of its leaves. This same tree lost its leaves earlier than all my other kieffers last year. None of my other pears have this issue. Will Immunox work on this or is there something else that might help. I searched but couldn't find any info.
